It tasted really good BUT, I didn't care for how the brown sugar and butter mixture turned out. First of all I couldn't even get them to combined together very well until I added the juices from the plate the prok chops were on. Then, after I put it in the oven the sauce seemed to harden or clump together so it wasnt much of a sauce. It did taste very good just didn't look the best in the world.
