SO GOOD! I was a little scared about the roux because I’ve struggled with that before, but the instructions were so easy to follow and it turned out delicious! I added 1lb of shredded chicken thighs for a little extra protein and to make it more of a meal and less of a side. Totally recommend!! Also good with some Cholula or Franks :)
