I used half the amount of cayenne pepper in the recipe, and instead added another spoonful of cajun spice. I like quite a lot of sauce so used a full can of light coconut milk. Next time I would probably use frozen spinach instead of kale for ease. It was very tasty and easy to make: will cook again! It was enough for 2 large portions or 4 quite small.
