no idea about the icing, but curious to know how close this is to the original starbucks lemon loaf (before they bought la boulange and replaced it with a worse one). Did you ever have that original starbucks one?

I did have the original Starbucks lemon loaf. In my personal opinion this one is even better. I am assuming because I did not use artificial ingredients. It was soooooo tasty. I wish I could tweak the icing a bit mor so it is like a solid white icing. Let me know if you have any ideas. Other than that, my picky eater daughter and I love it!
