Put garlic, ginger & shallot into Breville chopper.
Slow cook on high setting for 3 hours. Once done, remove ribs (they should be almost fall off bone) and put sauce into saucepan to reduce on stove. This is faster than reducing in slow cooker using reduce function.
Once reduced, pour through sieve (to remove bits) over the ribs.
Garnish with thinly sliced spring onion & sprinkle with sesame seeds.
