Delicious!! Didn't have fresh garlic so I used three teaspoons of minced garlic, and I subbed the tomatoes they called for for regular canned tomatoes. Added more spinach, and honestly next time I might add sauteed onions. I made garlic bread to go with it, but it's also good with tortilla chips. Super tasty and perfect appetizer 🍅
