mods: I added too much lemon and i also did NOT put in red onion (preference) mint, or dill cause I didn't wanna buy a bunch for 1 recipe, also no feta or cherry tomatoes. too expensive. swapped for a dollop of cottage cheese and for regular tomatoes. but it's amazing and refreshing
