Too watery for me, but then again my cornmeal is not coarse enough I don’t think. Made with broth, and I wish I hadn’t added butter. Next time I might try to make it just with water and salt, and increase the amount of cornmeal flour if making with same as I have in pantry now. Half the quantity was plenty for 4 meals.

If you see it’s too liquid, you can either add more cornmeal or cook it a bit longer while stirring constantly to evaporate some liquid. I make it with milk and a couple of knobs of butter. This makes it a bit creamier and richer.
