This was the first time I had made this type of squash and it was pretty good. The recipe said not to add salt because the parmesan had enough salt but I felt it need a little bit more seasoning and a little longer cook time oh and added spinach in the last few minutes to top. Plus cut the ends off the squash at an angle and some of the cream mixture leaked out so we lost some of the ooy-gooy goodness onto the tray. I have another big squash that got 2 for 5.89 deal at Costco so gonna see if can find another recipe to try.
On a side note, my bf thought it was a big garlic bread with cheese and when he realized it wasn't he refused to even try it. Too bad it was delish!
