fantastic quick and simple recipe. used 1-for-1 gluten-free flour, oat milk, and avocado oil. nice crunch and golden on the outside, fluffy on the inside. super tasty and perfectly sweet. had to add a bit more milk to make the batter semi-pourable. halved the recipe and with my mini waffle iron made an even 6 total. going to freeze the leftovers for quick future breakfasts. highly recommend, definitely a new go-to.
