I’ve been wondering how crushed Doritos would be on chicken cutlets for years. I decided to try this recipe. It definitely satisfied my curiousity. The breading looks awesome I think. I made it on a baking rack inside a baking sheet to help keep the bottom crispy. The Dorito chip breading texture wasn’t soggy nor were they as crunchy as when you take them out of the bag, it’s like a nice semi-crunchy state (if that helps anyone haha). The breading would break off somewhat, but wasn’t a big deal (it’s chips of chips). Maybe a light dusting of flour before the egg dip next time. I’ll probably do this a couple of times more.
