First time I cooked it, it turned out like a brick :(
So this time I added 1,5 cups of flour instead of 2 and it turned out just great! I also put 2/3 cup of brown sugar instead of 1,5 of white (it's still sweet).
And I made it dairy-free - I used margarine and cashew milk.
All in all, an easy recipe of a delicious banana bread. Will definitely cook again.
