Easy, simple, low-cal, great, nutritious comfort food. I used red wine to deglaze the pot (1 cup), used 4 carrots and 4 potatoes, 1 cup broth, salt and pepper, 2 Tbsp. tomato paste and 1 Tbsp worcestshire. SO GOOD!
