super easy and tasty! used trader joes beef patties + the gravy method described in the main recipe and it was delicious. heavily recommend trying at least once and if you're also a hawai'i transplant this is a good, simple recipe to follow if you're craving the taste of home! takes longer than 30min if you factor in rice cooking time but in my household we always have rice lol. actual cooking time is closer to 30min at best, and maybe 15min on average for me.
