Let bread machine make dough.
Use 1 tsp. yeast.
Let sit in fridge for a day, even better, 2 days, to develop flavor (in greased, covered container).
Remove from fridge a few hours to warm dough…
Plop out onto parchment (no need to shape) & let rise per directions.
Cook 12 min., rotate cookie sheet, then 12 minutes more.
