I blend everything but breadcrumbs and meat in q blender, but make sure I work that mixture with my hands for good long time. Then I build it up Alton Brown style over a small cookie sheet that drains into a pan, and it bakes into a beauty that my kids devour within a dinner (1lbs of meat) and a lunch (2lbs of meat). Serve with canned corn and mashed potatoes with side of spiced cucumber slices.
