The flavor profile is very tasty. Worth it. I however, would make the following changes. I made it exact but upped the lemon juice. I thought the rice sucked up too much for the broth so I would make the rice separately and then add to soup when ready to eat. This might necessitate less broth to the soup. Play this one by ear. Also, I would add 1/2 tsp of cornstarch to the liquid if you want to freeze the soup - this will prevent the lemon and egg mixture from separating upon thawing. Also, the soup will separate if it is boiled so make sure to keep this at a very low simmer.
