Loved this recipe! Super easy and fast. The only change I made was to pull the skins off the tomatoes after they come out of the oven. I didn’t like the texture after it’s blended with the skins on. I used tongs because it was super hot but they slide right off after they are cooked. Because of this I added the tomatoes last and added the spices to everything else beforehand.
