Next time
If wanting to make meatballs. Don't. Just cook the meat and mixings on the stove and add to soup. I couldn't really tell if the meatballs were done in the middle so this would help. Plus the meatballs just broke up into pieces when stirring too.
If wanting Meatballs, just use frozen meatballs. Much Easier.
Also used Orzo noodles instead and that was yummy.
