Oh em gee ..so good!! I burned the second batch of fried tofu and it still turned out delicious! This recipe is definitely a keeper. I made a few modifications. I couldn't find birds eye peppers at my grocery store so I used a ton of red chili flakes. I also added cabbage, bean sprouts, and kale as I had all three ingredients leftover from a previous recipe. Also, I didn't add any additional water (except a little to help cook the veggies) as the sauce was so good without it. Next time I would probably double the sauce recipe.
