Very fast and easy to make. Ensure your fish is fully defrosted prior to making. A few tips:
1. Panko breadcrumbs are key
2. Since the fish is cooked in the air fryer, you never end up with greasy fish, and the cook timing was perfect.
3. You absolutely do need to flip your fish halfway, don't overlook that step if you normally do
Would definitely recommend whipping up a quick coleslaw of some kind on the side to add a bit of freshness to this dish. We only served with fries, but will be adding the slaw next time we make this dish. It's a winner in our household!
