Made it in a bowl the first time but I don't have one of those small hand mixers so ended up mixing it in a blender which was more work and cleanup than I'd like. Decided to make it in a mason jar the next time and it cut down on both effort and cleanup beautifully: 1) add almond milk and protein powder close and shake 2) add chia seeds and shake 3) add fruit after letting sit at least 15 minutes. Found it easier to eat out of the mason jar also, in the bowl the protein seemed to settle a lot more and the fruit distributed better in the mason jar. Did notice it didn't keep me full as long as a lot of the other skinny taste breakfasts though
