Love this recipe, easy to do, I did substitute candied mixed peel instead of the orange and lemon and I also added glance cherries, chopped. Smelt absolutely amazing whilst baking and can't wait to try it at Christmas when I've jazzed up and decorated it. I will be feeding it weekly with the alcohol I've used so by Christmas it'll be fantastic. I did try a taste of the mixture before baking, you know scraping out the bowl, lol and it tasted great. So thanks for sharing this recipe.
