I find that adding anything to the whipped coffee cream, be it before or after, deflates it to almost no fluff. I liked the taste, but I am adding the cocoa powder to the “milk” next time. Also, I will invest in a good date paste and will sub to cashew/nut milk instead of waiting for dates and cashews to soak. If I am making coffee, I need it right away 😣☕️😌
