Wow. This has the best texture, like a corn muffin but super moist. This may depend upon your sourdough starter consistency, though. I used discard, so fed 24 hours previous. I also didn’t have two bananas, so used only one but doubled the crushed pineapple instead. I also added vanilla extract and orange extract, and skipped the cherries (none on hand). In other words, this is a good flexible recipe.
