This is really easy to make. Hardest part is curing the chicken, that's it!
As far as spices go, the things I changed or did differently:
• 1/2 tsp of the Cayenne
• I didn't have fresh ginger so I used 1/2 tsp of the ground kind
• I didn't have cinnamon sticks so I used 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
It's still a bit spicy but the rice and side of Naan bread helped mellow it out a bit.
I liked it but my husband did not.
