I’ve made these two days in a row now. And made more to heat and go tomorrow. I didn’t have a ramekin so I used a jumbo muffin tin (baked slightly longer than recipe states) and these turned out great. Meat, cheese and veggie filing options are endless with this one. Definitely a keeper.
Update 5/18 - These reheat nicely and the teenager has now been eating them as after school snacks.
