Oof where do I start... I like spicy but the after-burn on this was not pleasant. The recipe calls for cooking the shrimp in the butter but even on medium heat the butter was brown before the shrimp was done. Not enough lemon or salt and too much pepper. I gave it a thumbs-up because it's worth trying again with adjustments. Next time I'll cook the shrimp in a little olive oil then add the butter just before the seasonings, cut the pepper to 1/8 tsp, 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes, and a whole lemon juiced.
