This recipe was super delicious and the tofu came out so crispy! I will say after letting the tofu marinate, I had a ton of the marinade left over so I used that in the sauce in addition to the sauce recipe listed. This worked well because it made for a better sauce-to-tofu ratio. I also used Next Milk rather than coconut milk. Paired with pasta and some roasted broccoli, this is an easy but delicious dinner!
