My husband loved this recipe as he loves pork chops! We paired it with the Japanese coleslaw mentioned on the recipe and that was very delicious also. Will keep and repeat both recipes. Though the measurements were a little bit too much for the sauce, especially for four thin chops. I used ten chops and I still had plenty of sauce.
