This was extremely tasty, only thing I did different was add mature cheddar instead of Parmesan as I didn’t have any, my partner loved it and over ate as it was that good. Served it with mash, broad beans, broccoli and mange too

Sometimes when I cook spinach down like this I notice that it can have a gritty taste to it even after I wash it. Did you by chance notice that in this recipe?

No I literally put it in last minute and it was great, I did used sealed bagged spinach from my local veg shop, never had an issue.

Have been doing so many recipes to try different meals, so only just made this again forgotten how good this dish was 😁
