Oh my gosh this is so yummy. I wanted to use brioche loaf but I couldn’t find one unsliced. So I got a French loaf just baked at the store. I sliced it very thick. While it was cooking I was thinking it was really a big piece of French toast. But it was so good, I had no trouble polishing it off. I estimated the ingredient amounts for one serving and didn’t use the liqueur. Wish mine was as pretty as the source but it does taste delish!
