Bake for 8-10 minutes in PREHEATED oven, will still be soft...MUST leave to cool at least 10 maybe 20 minutes. 1 tablespoon for each cookie, leave in ball. Can be frozen, just needs more cooking time ~10-14 minutes. Best on baking paper as can stick to tinfoil - but if no choice be patient and wait to cool before removing from either but especially for tinfoil.
