I stored in an airtight container overnight in the fridge.I was a bit sceptical as thought they were soggy but 10 mins in the oven and they were perfect!

nice, can't wait to try. I usually make around Thanksgiving. Did you use the sunflower oil as the recipe recommends or substitute for something heavier?

Yeah I used sunflower oil. I have seen some recipes that use lard but oil has worked well for me. Hope you have a nice thanksgiving when it comes around.
