It's interesting because the recipe says something about people who don't have the sauce as thick as they like it to see the note, but I saw no note addressing that. Since the sauce is thickened with cornstarch on the stove, it should work, but I haven't made this, so I don't know.

It definitely could have been an error of mine for sure… It’s definitely tasty enough that I would try it again!
