For about 5-6 servings:
- about 400g pad thaï noodles
- about 20 medium shrimps
- Doubled the sauce + add 1 table spoon of Ketchup
- Doubled the garlic
- Added brocolis + carrots (cut in round)
- Used 4 eggs instead of 2
I also preferred to sauté the garlic first, then add all the veggies for more flavour.
My boyfriend also added Sriracha sauce for extra spiciness, but the recipe was enough spicy for me!
It’s a very easy recipe to make and will definitely do it again!
