Had to order soy curls online and they were a smidge pricey. That being said, this is a good recipe. We had broccoli with it, topped with green onions. The texture of the soy curls turned out really well and the flavors were good. I used mostly light/regular soy sauce but added some coconut aminos and dark sky sauce as I kept running out of these things. I do think the dark soy sauce was probably a good boost to the flavor. My mix ended up being about 1/2 light soy sauce, 1/4 coconut aminos, 1/4 dark soy sauce for reference.
