OMG…..What a terrific recipe! We’ll never have to send out for some General Tao’s Chicken again. We thought we would miss the crunchiness of the breaded and fried chicken, but I think we like this better. I will say that after the chicken was done cooking, the juice that was in the slow cooker was extremely thin since it mixed with the juice from the chicken. So, I made a second batch of General Tao’s sauce, and we pored it on once we had our plates made. This recipe will definitely be made again and again!
