OMG!! Soooo yummy!! As close to perfect as it can get.
I’ve never made any dish that contained lamb before and always enjoyed it at higher end restaurants. It’s an expensive meat that you don’t want to cook improperly. Will definitely make again and often - once a month.
Had to use lamb pork chops as there was no stewing meat at the grocery store. The meat fell off the bone and so tender. Note this could also mean you get the odd piece of bone that broke off from the chop.
With a mid of the road spice tolerance, it was spicy enough to make my nose run. And so flavourful!
