Vegetarian duck can be hard to find, you'll usually discover it in either the freezer section (I use Linda McCartney Shredded Vegetarian Duck) or in the tinned area (look for Mock Duck). If you really struggle, try an asian supermarket - you can buy in bulk online and this stuff lasts forever!
