It was good but I added a few modifications. I just used a coleslaw salad mix. To the sauce I added about a tablespoon of fish sauce because that's essential for Thai cooking. I also added some more lime juice to help balance the acidity and some soy sauce for more salt. I also smoked up some chicken thighs the day before and chopped that up for the chicken. It's a good recipe base for sure and I would make it again.
