The name doesn't lie! These are the best brownies. I make a double batch in a 9x13 glass pan. Add 50-100g of a chopped up milk or dark chocolate barto the batter at the last step before pouring into the pan. Bake for 25 minutes then add 2-3 more at most of the don't look quite done (or fail the toothpick test).
