Best meatloaf I've ever made! I have never been happy with other recipies I've tried and decided that this was the last time I was going to make it. Was so good, its going into my Favorites folder. Used rolled oats rather than breadcrumbs. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and Cauliflower au gratin. Mwahhhhh.
