Turned out a bit bland and very soft. I had read the reviews and doubled the marinade, and cut the pressure cook to 1 min with a 2 minute natural release. I followed with a 3 minute broil in my multifunction cooker. The cauliflower did not crisp up. The gravy was good. I used 1 tbsp of tapioca starch to thicken. Because of the size of my cooker though, there was a thin layer of liquid so blending while cooking was not optimal.
