YUM!! This was devoured. No leftovers, gone. We didn't have any heavy cream so I used half and half, and I didn't have wine, but it came out so good. Will definitely be making again.

How strong was the mustard taste? My husband can be picky about mustard so I'm trying to figure out how to tone it down/mix something else in so he won't notice as much.

I don't recall it being too overpowering. I'm not a huge mustard fan either. You could always cut the amount if mustard and have him taste and add more if you want 😊
