The bread turned out fantastic. Unfortunately, the garlic and rosemary I put on top didn't want to stay there, so it mostly fell off. My boyfriend and I made this together and it was a super fun date night! We actually ran out of salt and used some garlic salt instead, and I feel like just that tiny bit of garlic salt added an extra oomph. But, then again, I am a garlic addict ;)

Oh no - rogue garlic and rosemary! Even when you try your best to shove it into the dimples the bread sometimes has a mind of its own and those dimples rise right up, as do the toppings. Love the garlic salt idea - wishing you two many more carby date nights in the future 🥂

Have you ever made garlic confit? Full garlic confit cloves dimpled into the dough with the garlic oil from the confit drizzled over the focaccia before it bakes - pure garlic heaven!
