So I just asked my husband if he wanted me to bring him a cookie. He said no. In 20 years of marriage, I have never seen him do that before. That tells me something about the recipe. I did put extra zest and some lemon extract in the recipe, but they still don’t have much flavor. They are edible, but not flavorful.
