My pan was a little too short but it all fit and didnt overflow when baked AND I forgot to flip the pan so it did deflate some but still was really fluffy. Not too sweet but could be made sweeter if wanted. I ate without icing and still enjoyed it so maybe with icing will be sweet enough for sweet tooths without adding extra sugar to bake.
