ok so it was a mess, but i think that's my fault for putting the yeast in boiling milk instead of just following the recipe. it didn't rise right and it made like 7 rolls, with defeats the purpose of low calorie, but whatever, overall they erre pretty good once baked, although they definitely didn't look like cinnamon rolls.
