Used fresh broccoli and garlic. The biggest and most useful change I made was steaming the broc before putting it in the oven. Just put it in a pot full of water until boiling, let it boil covered for a few minutes, then send it to the sheet pan. Used about 2 cloves of garlic, should have done 3-4. Lemon was integral and really brought out the flavors. Because I steamed it, I reduced the temp to 325 and cooked for 15 minutes. Gave it a crispy coating without drying up in the oven. Spritz of lemon before serving - amazing! Definitely had to make some alterations, but this recipe served as a good outline
